How Many Faces Can You Do In An Hour?
On average, we can paint twelve to eighteen faces an hour depending on quick eye designs vs our more elaborate full face characterizations.

Air brush designs may vary, but generally are faster than creations by hand. Please take this into consideration when booking the length of your party and feel free to ask us any questions you may have.

Are Your Paints Safe?
At GAWI, we use only the highest quality of professional grade cosmetic paints. Although they are referred to as paints, our paints are actually FDA approved make-up (Some of them are Mehron Paradise, TAG, DFX, and Wolfe). They are all safe and gentle for the skin, and wash off easily with soap and water.

How Far In Advance Should I Book You?
It is a good idea to book as soon as you start planning your event. Keep in mind that during the summer, Halloween and the Winter holidays are our busiest times of the year and dates fill up fast.

Which Painter Will I Get?
The majority of the time I will be your painter/performer. There are times that may require multiple painters and being in a strong network of wonderful artists, I always have others to call on. You will not be disappointed with the quality of our work as all of our artists are very talented and paint beautiful designs. As with any artist, different people excel in different areas, so let us know what you are looking for and we will do our best to match you up with the right artist based on availability.

Are you also a clown?
I'm not a clown anymore. I focus on Face and Body Art, and will always wear nice clothes for your parties. Let me know your party theme, and I will do my best to dress appropriately for that.

Is it easy to wash off?
Yes, our water based makeup that we use with our traditional face painting comes off very easily with soap and water or even baby wipes.

Our Airbrush makeup used for the face is a Hybrid makeup made in the USA. For easy removal, apply liquid soap then rinse with water.

The Tattoo makeup used on the arms, legs and on the body can be easily removed with an alcohol swab.
