CAN I USE MY GLITZ TUMBLER RIGHT AWAY? The coating continues to harden over a 30-day period from the final coat. Your order will be packaged/shipped with a care card that includes the final cure date. Use should be limited to light use up to this time.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY GLITZ TUMBLER? Care instructions are provided with each order and must be followed to ensure a long life for your customized product. Do Not Soak * Handwash Only & Dry Immediately * Not Dishwasher Safe * Dropping may cause Cracking * Avoid Extreme Heat

EACH CUSTOM DESIGNED DRINKWARE ITEM IS HAND MADE WITH LOVE AND NO TWO ITEMS WILL BE EXACTLY THE SAME. Items are carefully inspected before shipping for any errors or defects, etc. As with most handmade items slight imperfections are possible. This is the nature of being "hand-made."

HOW DOES THE DESIGN PROCESS WORK? Once inquiring and confirming your order, I will go over design ideas, color selection choices (glitters, micas, paints) vinyl decal, font ideas and design styles and any other information needed. I will keep you updated on the production steps of your order as it is important that I create what you had in mind.

RETURN POLICY: Due to the handmade nature of both the BRILLIANCE and GLITZ products, no returns or exchanges are offered. I do however guarantee my work and will make exceptions on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of package receipt.
